Emidio’s features an eclectic menu with influences from the cuisines of Portugal, Spain and Italy served in a romantic, upscale Sandy Springs setting.
Tapas fare includes Camarones al Aillo – shrimp with olive oil & garlic, Linguica Portuguese – Portuguese sausage, and Ameijoas Bulhao Pato – clams in cilantro & white wine sauce. A small pasta selection is on the menu, along with entrees like Salmon Caprese – salmon with sun dried tomatoes & capers in brandy tomato sauce, Paella Valenciana – assorted seafood with chicken, chorizo & saffron rice, and Rib Eye Pimenta Verde – Rib eye steak with green peppers & cream sauce. Lamb, veal and pork are also on the menu. The lunch menu features some tasty panini sandwiches, along with pasta fare.
